Looking back, I think I decided to take the leap and become a group coordinator for EF Go Ahead at what probably was the craziest times to decide to convince people to travel with me; there was a global pandemic going on, after all. But, while those tours that I added to my line up took a while to take off, all the extra time at home gave me the opportunity to spread the word of the tours I was coordinating to keep the spirit and love of travel alive. What initially was a monthly publication of sorts, that later became bi-monthly and now quarterly as life returned to "normal," I launched my travel newsletter, aptly named If Only YOUR Suitcase Could Talk: Traveling with Patty in March of 2021, a month after my first tour to Chile and Argentina was originally support to depart. It was a way of keeping those interested in travel aware of what the travel world looked like at the time and a means to dive deeper into my tours. Like my blog, it's a labor of love, which thanks to an addiction to Canva became my digital creative outlet. So, after over two years of distributing it solely by email and social media, I decided it was time to give it and the past editions a home. While I do still send out the link when a new issue is posted by email and on my social media accounts, you can now access all the past issues here.
